Biography

Fathima Naufa is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management. Before moving into teaching, she worked as a Software Engineering Intern, where she gained hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, workflow automation, and building simple, user-friendly applications. She has also been part of projects involving IoT, UI/UX, and basic machine learning models. In her teaching, she aims to make concepts easy to understand and genuinely meaningful for students. She prefers a practical approach over rote learning and encourages students to think, ask questions, and explore ideas freely. She believes that when the classroom feels positive and open, students naturally gain confidence, both in their technical skills and in themselves.
