9:00 am – 10:00 am – Registration
10:00 am – 11:00 am – Address by Management representatives and Principal
11:00 am – 1:00 pm – Walk around the campus
1:00 pm – 2.30 pm – Lunch
2:30 pm – 3:30 pm – Stay at Hostel
3:30 pm – 4:00 pm – High Tea
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Football/ Sports Events on AITM (AEC) Playground
7:45 pm onwards – Fun frolic events
8:45 pm onwards – Dinner
Day 2 – Date: 20th October 2019
9:30 am – 10:30 am – Alumni may speak on their preferred topics in respective departments
10:30 am – 11:00 am – Tea Break
11:00 am – 1:00 pm – General Body Meeting of Alumni Association with Management Representatives
1:00 pm – 2:30 pm – Lunch
2:30 pm – 4:00 pm – Fond Farewell with Felicitation to Alumni Members and Feedback Session
4:00 pm onwards – High Tea
